Project Description:
The largest medical complex in Southeast Asia is taking shape in Bandar Meru Raya, Ipoh. Thoughtfully designed, the development features a central Nucleus Block surrounded by nine oval-shaped buildings, each dedicated to a specific function—ranging from Neuro-Robotics and Physical Rehabilitation, Vocational Training, Medical Wards, and Advanced Return-to-Work facilities to a Hostel, Aquatic Centre,
Administrative Offices, Convention Centre, Surau, and an adjacent Commercial Village.
Strategically situated in an area envisioned as a hub for commerce, tourism, and high-tech administration, the complex also forms part of the New Perak State Administrative Centre and holds MSC Cybercentre status.
The project’s first phase spans 15.6 hectares and offers approximately 86,400 square meters of floor space, with the capacity to serve up to 700 patients at any given time.
