Construction of Supporting Operational Facilities of Tsim Sha Tsui Fire Station Complex
Project Description:
The works comprise of a 12-storey building complete with piled foundation, drainage and external works for reprovisioning of the supporting operational facilities, Fire Services Club and Fire Services Department’s accommodations at To Wah Road; and demolition of the workshop blocks and construction of a new fence wall at the existing Tsim Sha Tsui Fire Station Complex at Canton Road.
The floor area of the new building at To Wah Road is about 20110 square meters and the floor area of demolition and addition and alteration works at Canton Road is about 3000 square meters.
