Project Description:

The project is located in Tuen Mun Area 29 West and involves the construction of a Community Health Centre (CHC) cum Residential Care Home for the Elderly (RCHE) as part of a public housing development, situated below the podium of a residential block. The project aims to meet the healthcare and elderly care needs of residents in the northern part of Tuen Mun, particularly in response to an ageing population and increasing demand for medical services.
