Management Consultancy for Project Delivery Systems
Feasibility workshops were held within different divisions among Chun Wo. MES recommended top-down BIM adoption approach. MES’s BIM experts helped Chun Wo develop their own Quantitative Information Modelling (QIM)/5DBIM execution plan and standards. The following deliverables were developed:
Standard Approach of Modelling (SAM) for QIM and Cost Management
BIM for QIM and Cost Management Standard, Workflow
Gap analysis for QIM/5DBIM adoption between current and expected condition
Automation in the daily and strategic cost management
Feasibility study for digital transformation of cost management and QIM
Research & Development and Professional Training
Research and development and professional training through the consultancy and feasibility study was made. MES developed QIM software customised for Chun Wo’s needs. We developed training syllabus for different divisions in accordance with different job natures. This syllabus was based on the practical needs as well as other cross-departmental requirements. We delivered customized project-based training to related staff.
Change management
MES developed a comprehensive project guide for Chun Wo as BIM Management Consultant and implemented the project delivery systems and execution plan.
