MES is an  Asia-based BIM Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the digital transformation of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry founded in February 2011. We are the trusted partner to Asia’s leading governments and private property developers, architects, contractors, and construction education institutions. Empowered by our well-connected international expert group, MES delivers services in a specialized process from BIM management consultancy, research & software development, professional training to change management. 


MES has been providing insightful and holistic services with a focus on BIM Project Life Cycle to reputable clients, specifically in the fields of Design Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Cost Management, Smart Construction Management, Procurement, Smart Asset Management (AM), Smart Facilities Management (FM), Geographic Information System (GIS) and IT & delivery system management. 


Working closely with partners from the industry, academic as well as policy-making sectors, we are dedicated to knowledge transfer of state-of-art innovation and technologies into the real world.


We have also established a BIM collaboration platform and cost management software, namely ShareBIM® and QIM5D® to help our client achieve more. 


Using our own solutions: BIM collaboration platform –ShareBIM®, cost management software – QIM5D® & CostBIM, and Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) to enable our clients to achieve a sustainable built environment and more. Service Scope

At 1st stage, MES will conduct gap analysis via feasibility study workshops with our client. After a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and existing business process, MES will prepare an insightful and holistic feasibility study report for the proposed BIM service to the client.


At the 2nd stage, in accordance with the feasibility study report, MES will carry out professional research and business process analysis. Once our client has agreed to our proposed BIM digital systems development and adoption strategy, our IT and R&D team will develop the customized solutions for the client for acceptance.


At 3rd stage, MES will provide training workshops to the different levels or departments in the client organization. The training syllabus will be dedicatedly prepared to suit our client's needs.


At the final stage, MES will develop a BIM digital delivery execution plan (DDXP) after well-understanding the client’s needs during the training stage and will provide dedicated support and deploy the digital systems to the client for digital transformation through workshops and co-working meetings.


MES will proactively give feedback to the client and keep refining the digital systems as well as the adoption strategy during this stage. MES will continuously support the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).​
